WA: The Road to Hope and Sunflowers in Lira: A journey to the heart of Uganda photographic exhibition, Perth, May – June 2008
In 2007 a team from the University of Notre Dame and Caritas Australia took a life changing journey through the heart of Uganda. They returned with extraordinary stories of challenge and hope, despair and victory, war and peace, Ebola, and how their lives were changed while journeying through a country with one amazing set of road rules. As a culmination of their journey they have put together an amazing photographic exhibition which is being held at the School of Arts and Sciences Notre Dame University ND 24 Croke St Fremantle for the next few months.

The Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) team at the University Of Western Sydney (UWS) are holding an art exhibition.” Art for Refugees “ with all proceeds of the exhibition going to SCARF ( Strategic Community Assistance to Refugee Families) programs. There will be two Art for Refugees Exhibitions. Friends of the Earth are calling on all Victorians to join the Climate Emergency Rally to be held on 5 July in Melbourne.
