Shop window Give a gift
Place your Project Compassion box in a place where everyone in your family can find it to drop in their spare change. At the end of Lent, the gifts you have collected will support Caritas Australia projects in Australia and internationally: gifts of compassion which stretch across borders and internationally to some of the world's most vulnerable and most hopeful people.
Talking Organise an event: Freedom Day
Freedom Day, March 25th 2007 is the 200th anniversary of the Abolition of the Transatlantic Slave Trade Act, a significant moment in the fight to end the evils of the transatlantic slave trade. This day, known as “Freedom Day” provides us with a great opportunity to remember the past while highlighting the need for action in the present.

Find out more about slavery which exists today in the form of people trafficking and call for change by organising an event on Freedom Day. More..
